All paid subscriptions/orders are not refundable. The publisher does not accept responsibility for lost copies in the event of any changes in mailing address. Only orders from within Peninsular Malaysia will be accepted. No cash on delivery will be entertained.
Allow 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your order for delivery and proof of payment. Please note that we will only deliver the magazines that have been published at the time that your order is made. The rest will be sent when they are published (please refer to the publication dates).
